SEX ATTACKER HUNT Police launch manhunt after ‘sexually assaulted’ schoolgirl, 14, was found unconscious at side of the road with no memory of what happened.
The 14-year-old was found lying next to a road by concerned members of the public just before 1am but had no memory of how she came to be unconscious.
Police are now appealing for anyone who may have seen the brown haired girl, wearing a black t-shirt and black and white checked trousers.
Officers leading the investigation say the girl is believed to have out on the evening of 19 July and may have been sexually assaulted before she was found in Faversham, Kent.
A Kent Police spokesperson said: “We believe there may have been a sexual offence committed against her.
“Officers investigating an incident in which a teenage girl was found lying unconscious on the side of the road are appealing for information.
“The 14-year-old was discovered by members of the public near the Western Link roundabout Faversham, at about 12.40am on Tuesday 19 July 2016.
“She was not seriously injured but has no memory of how she came to be unconscious.
“It has been reported that a sexual offence may have been committed against her. We think she may have been on a night out.”
